I would raise a call with Lotus Tech Support, they are the experts at deciphering NSD files.

Is this the “mean time between failure” tool?

See that the crash happened in the .dll nExNotesShortcutExt.dll:[ 9] 0x42643f20 ExNotesShortcutExt.EMHandlerProc+11472 (42640000,0,1,15a730)

So you may have the following line in your notes.ini:

ExtMgr_Addins=ExNotesShortcutExt

This extension manager is intercepting one API in the MTBF process (MeanTimeBetweenFailure).

So, the problem can probably be in the extension manager, or in the MTBF.

Contact the author of this extension manager.

Hello to all

Thanks for all of your answers (and yes, it is the Mean Time Between Failure task running at 05:00 (“servertasksat5=mtbf -f”)).

I will have a look at MTBF and the Extension Manager.

Best regards

Mike

Hi,

is this a server issue?

Is this happening all the time?

Any specific issue?

It seems to be a DLL not related to Notes because there is a number before the line not a @.

What is nmtbf ? A third party application?

If you want, you can look in the forum FAQ, FAQ of FAQs you will find links under NSD - crashes and hangs. There is two links to help you diagnose the cause of that crash.
