Domino Server crashes on starting with the followin error Stack base = 0x303e5a80, Stack Size = 2560 bytes Fatal Error signal = 0x0000000b and blocks after running NSD.
When we removed router task from notes.ini, the server started normaly but, after manually starting router task it crashes again with the same error, sometimes immediately and sometimes it takes around 1 hour before it crashes.
We are using AIX 5.1, there is enough free disk space.

DebugMailMaxBlockRuleSize=5000 fixed our crashes on Dom 6.5.4 on AIX 5.2

Looking over the PMR, this issue is related to the Block Sender Rule. I understand DebugMailMaxBlockRuleSize=5000 was provided to you to workaround these crashes. The fix lies within the mail template. The crash can occur if some users are still using R5 mail templates or a mail template which is not the latest mail template. Please upgrade all your mail templates to resolve this issue. Please provided the status of the server thus far.
