What does this message means and how can we avoid it?Has happened opening the user mail database.

We have roaming and multiuser enabled.

Client 6.5.2 Spanish

hi,

it means that you are not in the data directory or have specified it in the path. Try to add the full path to the data path to the environment path and see if it changes anything.
