False alarm for new mail

Appart from what I allready reported here, that my inbox does not refresh, I have another problem which is getting worse. The task bar (notes minder in the old days) shows new mail, but there is no new mail. But whenever new mail arrives, the taskbar shows nothing at all.Any idea how I could get all that stuff fixed?

I use a POP3 account a lot for mail in my Notes client. Could that be the problem?

Subject: sounds like the location document is not set to the right mailfile.

(however, this will not fix the inbox, just the new mail messages)

Moin BernfriedChecked the location document. Since I haven’t touched it in years, I would be amazed if that would be the problem.

It is getting worse.
