Extraction of flat file in the domino server file system

There is a database that contains documents with attachments and is hosted on a R5 server. There is a " server process" which is not documented which acts on the documents in the database , and saves the attached files in the documents in a specified folder in the Domino Server, and changes the status field value in the documents.

Any idea where such “server process” is defined …(in PAB, .ini or where ??).It is a complete mystery.

have checked ini file , looked for schedules Lotus script agents, and in PAB , server → programs …it was of no use.

There is no documentation , and this process has to be duplicated when the server is upgraded to R6.5.2

When the files are being downloaded on a folder in the Domino server, it is registered in log.nsf … …it is pasted below.

abas\abasadm.nsf & admin\nars.nsf is the database where the files reside.

Hi Siddhartha,

Did you check the abas\abasadm.nsf & admin\nars.nsf for scheduled lotus script agents?

Also check in Agent Manager to see a entire list of scheduled agents that run on the server.
