I am not a Notes designer or developer, so my knowledge of writing code is very limited. We have a database that contains forms that have resumes (all are Word documents) embedded/attached to them. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to extract these resumes. I also need a way to extract the resume attachments that haven’t been put in this database out of our email. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to contact the Lotus Notes developers in your organisation. Ask them to write an agent which would extract the attachments from the selected forms.

I am the Notes Admin. Unfortunately, our developer is no longer with us. We are a very small company (less than 25 employees), and management doesn’t feel that we need to replace him. We only have 2 databases that we use for business, plus email, and we don’t really develop or design much of anything. They are looking to me to accomplish this task. Guess it’s time to buy some books! Thanks for replying, though.
