Extract mail and folders from .nsf to another .nsf

Hi All,

I have had a problem with two users for a while. On certain folders they receive a pop up message stating “illegal circular USE:OpenNTF” when they select a sub folder in their mail file. I have cleaned Notes of both machines and re-installed, re-freshed the mail template and even replaced the mail template with 7.0 but still no joy.

My next move is to export the mail and sub folders to a newly created user and remove the old one. As searching the Internet (and this forum) has only given fruitless suggestions.

Can anyone suggest a tool/method of doing this? I can get the mail directly out of the mail inbox without a problem, it is just both users have a lot of sub folders that also need to be retained.

Hi David, I think thera two possibilities. First is you have somewhere collision in using script library, second is everything is ok and Lotus Notes only has to be refreshed. For second think you can use recompile all lotusscript. At least it can locate problem code for you.

Did you try upgrading the folder design?
