Hi All,
I’m having an issue in which some external emails with attachments are not been recieved by users. I asked an external customer to do a trace report on the mail they were sending and the mail was sucesfully delivered to our mail system but the user never recieved this mail. Is there anywhere I could check on Domino 6 if our mail system recieved these mails and if they are being held somewhere, what database would they be located in so I could release them? Thanks a lot for your help.
