The Lotus Notes 6.5.5 Client does not allow an end user to extend the date of a repeating meeting. When the repeat button is clicked on an already scheduled meeting the options cannot be edietd.Is there any workaround for this and is it changed in Notes client R7 or R8?

Every bit of functionality in earlier releases that allowed editing of repeating meetings ended up breaking the meeting functionality in one way or another. You’re better off creating a new meeting.
