Extend the time-out period for agents require restart?

I am trying to test the max timeout period on a domino 6 server to see what happens, what is logged, when you know to increase it and most importantly if a restart is required.

I have a Java agent that takes about 5 mins to run and have changed the timeout period down to 1 min for tests.

The Max concurent agents setting is 1.

When scheduled and when run manually, my test agent completes in 4-5 mins with no log in the console that it was shut down by the agent manager, or in the notes log. I have restarted the notes server and tried it again with the same results.

Does anybody use this setting and what results can i expect to see? Perhaps my test too short.

tell amgr schedule

if the agent are on the list for run, with lotus script agent the amgr stop its if the time exceded the max time of execution (you have for day and night diferent fields).
