I am trying to export a categorized view which has its last two columns formatted to provide category % of total docs and category count of total docs. I am using a formula “1” or @Couont(1) for each column. Detail rows hidden. In notes client its work fin. When exported to excel the total an % are replaced by 1. Can someone please tell me how to get % and tolals exported correctly?

Since Notes doesn’t have an option to export to .xls format, I wonder how you are doing this.
I take it you’re aware that spreadsheet programs already have the ability to calculate totals.
