I have a request for a button to be added to views that will prompt users for a start and end date which will be compared to two fields (RepStart & RepEnd) on a form and the resulting matches be exported to excel. I’m not great with LS i don’t suppose theres anyway of doing this in formula language is there?

Do you already have a button that exports everything from a view to an excel spreadsheet?
If so what you could do is create a folder with this button on it. Then prompt for the two dates and move all documents matching the requirements to that folder and then export the folder to your spreadsheet.
An issue is if a lot of people would be using this folder at the sametime, if so you’d need to look at a personal on first use folder.
