Sorry in advance if I have the terminology wrong, I’ll do my best. I have a notes db which contains a record for each computer, monitor, etc. that we have at my company. When you open a record, it’s a simple form containing fields for things like serial number, location, a “Comments” field, etc. I think each field is just a simple text field, but I could be wrong. What we have to do is get the info for each item into another application which will replace the notes db. Is it possible to export the contents of the notes db, and have every field for each item included? Currently, we don’t know what format the new application would need but let’s assume for the moment that it will accept a csv file, or something like that. If notes can export everything, it would be great. I’ve messed about on my own, but I can only export the list of all items that you first see when you open that part of the database. I don’t know how to get notes to export the contents of each field in each record.Lotus notes client = 8
