I have currently encountered an Issue within the Lotus Notes 6.x client with the Exporting feature.
We can successfully export emails to RTF documents when the source of the email comes from another Lotus Notes Client, the document holds its formatting and appears to be intact.
However if the source of the email is from an Outlook client the text appears one word per line all down the left hand side.

The process we are using to export is as follows
Open the email → click File → Export → Select File type as Microsoft RTF → name the file with a .doc extension → press save
If there is something incorrect with this process, please let me know.
