I would like to export all my email files in my Lotus client. When I try to export all my inbox to a structured text file, Lotus does about the first 30 emails and that is all. (I have about 600 in the box). When I export my inbox to tabular text, it does all the emails, but just gives the header information. Does anyone know how to export the inbox or sent box?

Not sure why the structured text export is dying on you. It could be a corrupt document or possibly a bad attachment. Who knows? Try exporting docs 1 - 100. If it fails, export 1-50, if it fails export 1 - 25, if it succeeds, 26 - 50, etc… Track it down.
Or if you can create private views, why not create one that contains the body of the message (as well as any other fields from the emails)? Then export as tabular text. Granted message bodys and tabular text don’t always mix, but you could import that into Access or Excel (kind of ugly).
