We have recently turned on Server Archiving.
I have some users who have local archives, and they want to be able to export the emails from the local archives, and dump them into the server archives, without having to manually create the Folder Structure.
Can someone let me know the best way to go about this?

If you create an archive profile in the local archive that points to the server archive, then if you archive just one [selected] document, the archive process should create the whole folder structure in the destination (server archive).
But you may need to be check the design of the server archive to see if any duplicate folders have been created.

So I will have to temporarily disable the archive policy for the users who need to do it?
The policy overwrites local archiving settings, and disallows the user doing this

All we did here was take there local archive and put that on the archive server. Then had the users archive to that from there mail. Worked with no problems at all.
