Is there something wrong with my notes client or PC? I used not to have such problem, now if I export to lotus, in .wk4 format, I will have such problem, when open in lotus. I prefer .wk4 because one of my column, which made up of many text fields (eg fieldtext1 + text2+text3+…) will be exported , other format, like tabular text or .csv, usually only the value of first few fields will get exported.
For the time being , I can only use .csv to export it , coz I don’t have to adjust the value of columns, just that it will export as per view, as compared to .wk4 which will export all the values (i.e all decimal places that are not shown as well).
For tabular text, the problem is when i have category, the values of other columns will be shifted to the left (eg. total values which is for column G will go to column B, since there is nothing in column B , since it is a categorised column).
Really hoped someone can give some pointers to overcome .wk4 format.
