How can I export all/selected documents from an embedded view into excel sheet(.xls format).Can anybody tell me the lotus script code

I can understand that you are not familiar with programming in LS. But you should not expect that we will give you a course on how to do it. This forum is not meant for that.
There a many samples thaty will lead you on the right path.
There are also many posts in this forum with answers on your question. Please look for existing posts, before you enter your question.
