I have users that search a view, using “More…” in the search bar with a date and example form, and export the documents that are returned.
The documents are selected already, but the user selects “Edit > Select All” still. They choose “File > Export” and select Lotus 1-2-3 as the file type, giving the file a .123 extension.
Choosing either Selected Documents or All Documents and including column titles only creates a file with the column titles – it does not export the documents.
I can reproduce this over and over as well as the users. This was working before, the users tell me.
Any ideas?
