I’m getting desperate here…We just recently upgraded from Notes 5 to 6. I’ve encountered a problem when manually exporting documents by using the File-Export tool from the menu bar. In Notes 5, this worked fine. I was able to export all the documents I wanted to 1-2-3 or a text file. On the new 6 server, it will only let me export anything under 200 documents. If I select more than 200, the exported file is blank. There is also a 200 doc limit using the new copy as table feature.
Question - Is there a setting on the 6 server that limits the number of ducuments that can be exported? If not, what could be the problem?
I’ve got no problems exporting 1500 groups out of my NAB as either text or WK3… did you specify the extension .wk3 on the export file when selecting 1-2-3 format? That did matter in earlier client releases…! Good luck
We are having the same problems. Exporting to 123, if we are in a categorized view and DON’T select any categories, we get a zero length file. If we DO select the categories, the export seems to work fine.
We’ve also seen documents doubled in the export file. We can’t find any consistency with this.
