Does anyone know if it’s possible to enable replication via Policy? I can’t find it anywhere. It’s pretty useless to create local replicas via Policy that never replicate!

Yes, you can add location document parameters via policy, but it involves Designer. Search for this in Administrator client help file: Using policies to assign NOTES.INI or Location document settings to Notes client users.
