(cross-post with 7 forum)I have a user who has created private folders in their mail db. (quite a few) The mail database uses an outline for navigation. The default outline displays his folders using either the “Other Folders” or “Other Priavet Folders” elements. These are added by Notes and have no programming options.
On open - the folders section is always collapsed - provate folders are all collapsed in the navigator - except in the case that one had focus on close. Then, that folder is not collapsed but the rest are. User would like the section Folders always expanded.
Embedded outline properties allow an “Expand All” option, but that expands everything - including Views and Tools as well. Does anyone know of a way to display all other and private folders (only) always in the expanded state?
