Hi all,When going through an email trail that has multiple responses each email response is separated by a table that is single line high. Its has the responders name, the first line of their response and time and date the email was sent. To the left of the persons name is a drop down arrow that can be used to expand or collapse the email. I have a user who’s emails are defaulting to “collapsed” in every email. Is their a way to set up notes so that the all the emails are expanded by default?

I frequently have to print emails for documentation and having to expand 10 emails is a bit cumbersome. Please let me know how to set this to default to “expanded.” Thank you.
