We have a development server (ND6.5) and a few test users has been registered.
When I’m using these test user IDs from my existing Notes client, I’m getting the Execution Security Alert. I can get rid of it if I choosed trust signer for 3 times. I’ve tried to create a policy whereby users will be prompted to update their ECL. Users have the option to choose “Do not execute the action”, hence, ECL won’t be updated.
Is there a way to force the new ECL to be updated to every users Notes client automatically without user interactions?

We’ve jusut done something similar - which MAY help you out. Although we were rolling, in many cases new machines and ND6 so it was a clean environment…but it may give you an option…
(I’ll assume that you have some Agent Signing Id’s so that the number of ECL Id warnings is minimised)
IBM advised us to
(a) Copy the Set ECL agent from the Domino DIrectory
(b) Paste it into the local address book template/nsf
(c) Run the agent in the local address book to set the ECL access levels you want for the ID’s you want
(d) Delete the agent from the local address book
We created a new blank local nab for our new ND6 users, set the “local” ecl using this method, and then when the user accessed nd6 for the first time we could trigger lotusscript agents to configure the desktop/local nab etc without the user getting any ecl warnings.
Last thing in our script was to run an ECL setup against the users home server so it was all in step.
