We have currently migrated to Domino from exchange and the question has come up the best way to setup certain things like public folders. My question is what is the best way to do this. We had public folders that recieved email from example: efax which everyone could go in and look it. It was a link in outlook to the public folder and were trying to decide the best way to solve this issue. Right now we have email groups setup and they all recieve a copy of the fax. Is there a way to make this a seperate database where people using notes, imap and outlook with the connector can see these and access them from the multiple clients we are using. I though maybe a mail in database but with this only our notes users would be able to see this unless we could create a folder in the template linking back to the mail-in database or something. If anyone who has migrated could give some insight it would be great

Hi,
In your configuration, maybe just a mail in will help.
You can create a rule or agent to forward links to people.
If you do this with an agent, the mail can contain a link to be opened by a browser. You don’t have to send the same message so many times.
