Subject: Exchange to Notes
everything is explained in the admin help (and in a red book), you install an admin client with the migration utilities, import the user names and mails, and then send a notes mail to the users with a link to import their personal address books and folders. If you have a lot of users to migrate and cannot do it in one pass, you can use Notes and Calendar connectors to keep a link between the Domino and Exchange domains and migrate users by batch
Hope this helps

Depending on the number of users and your budget, you may find this tool useful:

Thank Gregg! Would you know of a doco for Exch 2000 migration to Notes?

I didn’t see anything specifically on Exchange 200, but you can start your search here:
I would guess that if there isn’t anything at lotus.com specifically on migrating from Exchange 2000, there will be in this forum, by calling IBM, by using the Binary Tree CMT product, or finding something relevant in this search:
http://www.lotus.com/servlet/IBMLotusSearch?type=all&hits=50&query=exchange%202000
Not much, but I hope that it gives you a start.
