Has anyone out there migrated from Exhange/Outlook client mail to Domino servers and Lotus Notes Client?
I’m working in an environment in which a migration has occurred about a year and a half ago.
User acceptance and satisfaction with the Lotus Notes Client is very low.
I’m working on a project to improve the environment for them.
I have noticed through several user interviews that they compare the ease of some tasks in Exchange/Outlook to Lotus Notes Client.
I’m building a document that explains how to accomplish tasks in Lotus Notes that users used to do in Exchange/Outlook.
Additionally, has anyone written a how to use Sametime Connect Client for beginners guide?
Just trying to leverage somebody’s hard work.
any help, comments, shared knowledge, or war stories are appreciated.
