Is there any way an Excel worksheet can be viewable in the Notes file viewer and not acessible via the launch option? One of our users has received an Excel spreadsheet, when she views the spreadsheet in Notes it has 2 worksheets, but when you launch or open via Excel itself, there is only one worksheet visible. Does Notes therefore un-hide a hidden worksheet when using the viewer?

Not sure about 6.5.5 (your version) but in 7.0.1 (mine) a hidden worksheet remains hidden in the viewer. Could there be a macro that hides the sheet when it opens in Excel that doesn’t fire up in the viewer?
Edited: 6.5.3 client also respects the “hiddenness” of the sheet.

Turns out that the worksheet is there when you open the document, it just wasn’t showing. If I click the left arrows to the left of the worksheet, hey presto, the ‘hidden’ worksheet is viewable.
