We have a rich text field in a form in which users save files and can then edit them.
This abilit to edit documents in the field works fine for most users including myself but not for one particular user.
He is able to upload new files with hsi new details but cannto edit in the field itself.
He and the other users who do this have the same access rights and use the same client types and have filled in all the correct fields for the document.
What should I check on his user setup to find out why he cannot edit this file?
