It sounds like one of the databases that you open when starting Notes has too many folders in it. That would be your bookmark.nsf, or one of the databases that opens in your welcome screen. My first guess would be your mail file. Do you have a particularly large number of folders there?
You can probably still open Domino Designer from the Start menu, so you can open the mail file in Designer and delete some folders.

Thanks for the respond. But i can not even start the designer.
I have tried uninstall notes and reinstall
but with no luck.
The inotes client works fine and i have not more than 16 folders in mailfile.
More suggestion?

Then it’s probably your bookmark.nsf. Try renaming it, and see if Notes will start then (it’ll create a new bookmarks file for you, I believe). If that works, try to open bookmark.nsf in designer and see what all folders it has. Perhaps you can retrieve most of that data.
