Every day get Turn Off your Out Of Office Agent

Hi

I have two user who daily get Repeated Out of Office Reminder to turn of out off office. Their databases have mail8.ntf design and no agent turned on. Also their mail archive has the same settings. Enabling and disabling Out Of Office agent does not fix issue.

Out of office reminder comes 7:02 - 7:03 AM.

Any ideas?

Subject: customizations

I found that OOO has been signed by server in all databases where OOO is enabled. I’ve modified OOO agent, enabled tell amgr debug ‘*’ and will wait for info.

We encountered the same problem in my environment, after an mailbox would get upgraded to the mail8.ntf. After working through a PMR with Lotus support, they discovered this to be a bug in the handling of agents during the template upgrade (some new code they added to avoid disabling an active agent during the refresh). The only solution they could provide me was to delete the Out of Office agent entirely from the mailfile, and then replace the design again.

In future template refreshes, I actually deleted the Out of Office agent from the mailbox before upgrading to mail8.ntf and we haven’t encountered this again since.
