I suppose you should have a log.nsf database, which logs all events? If yes, just use dbcolumn or dblookup to extract data from log.nsf into your database

And set the server NOTES.INI Log= variable to produce smaller-than-standard logs now, so that when you need to review then using LotusScript later, the size of the log is small enough to read in.
A line like “Log=log.nsf, 1, 0, 7, 40000” will generate a log too big to read in with script. So reduce 40000 to 10000 or 20000. And increase the log beyond 7 days, if your agent is only going to run once a week, so that it doesn’t miss anything.

Hi Sir,
Tnx for your imediate response… what i mean is data from event viewer that found in the Administrative tools of the server.
Start → Programs → Administrative Tools → Event Viewer.

You might want to try to write a java agent which does that. But first you must figure out where is the log data stored physically and if it is programmatically accessible. If yes, then the right java would probably make the job.
