Here’s the problems:
I’m looking at my inbox.
I open an email up.
I hit ESC (escape) to close that email to get back to my inbox tab.
About 50% of the time, when I hit ESC it closes the email I’m looking at as well as the inbox.
This has happened with 2 different external keyboards as well as with no keyboard plugged in.
What’s the best way to do a complete removal and clean install to see if this can be resolved that way?

+SPR# SLAE7W6GUE - Mac OS X 10.6.2: Fixed a problem that only happens on Mac OS 10.6. If a user opens MIME mail from the inbox and presses the ‘esc’ key to close the email, the MIME mail and the inbox itself will be closed. With this fix, only the MIME mail itself will be closed after pressing the ‘ESC’ key. This regression was introduced in 8.5.1.
