On receiving, opening and closing HTML mail some users receive the message “not authorised to perform…” when they try to open another email. All they can do is close Notes and then go back in and all is fine until another HTML mail comes along. Any ideas?

For me the problem was the McAfee antivirus. Remove these lines from the notes.ini :AddInMenus=NCMenu
EXTMGR_ADDINS=NCExtMgr
