Hi friends,when i install notes client R6.5 it gives error message “The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personel” and do let me install. what could be the reason. pl help me to overcome this problem.

Possibilities:1. the CD/media you are installing from has corrupt files. Obtain new installation media and try again.
- A previous installation attempt left corrupt files on your machine. Uninstall previous versions of Notes and delete all related files/folders. (Back them up first if desired.) Then attempt the installation again.
