Error when trying to apply FP1

I am trying to install the 8.5 FP1 onto my local development server. But whenever I launch the CZ344EN.exe file I get the following error message:

Lotus Notes/Domino or a Notes/Domino related process is still running. Please close it before pressing OK to continue.

There are no Notes or Domino related processes running either under my, or the Administrators account.

Any thoughts?

Subject: Have you tried rebooting first?

Also, try using procexp.exe (Google it and you’ll find the free download) and search for nnotes.dll and see if any processes have it open… Have you tried with UAC off?

It was a UAC problem. Spot the Apple boy flailing around in a Windows VM :wink:
