Error when setting up Domino SNMP Agent on Linux

I am setting up the Domino SNMP Agent; when I try to run the command ./lnsnmp.sh start I get an error:
startproc : exit status of parent of /opt/IBM/domino/notes/latest/linux/lnsnmp 1

Any ideas ?

THe snmp service is installed and running

Subject: SNMP Service.

Is the SNMP service installed and configured? The Domino agent may bomb out if it cannot attach to the service or it’s not configured.

I must confess I’ve not set it up on Linux, only windows. Have you followed the config guide?
