when running fixup program, I get the following message:

Does it means there is broken indexes ? If this, how are rebuild it ?
This broken indexes can cause great lost of performence in the server ? Sometimes when this process is running, consumed all CPU causing performance lost.
If it could be something else, can anybody give me some help ?
