Error "View format has been modified by someone"

Opening some docs in mail produces the exclamation error “View format has been modified by someone” [OK]Cannot find this error mentioned anywhere on Lotus Support.

Ideas anyone?

Subject: Error “View format has been modified by someone”

DId you ever resolve this? I just started having a user with the same error. I refreshed the design but the user has received the error again (numerous times now). Its usually when she has returned from lunch and she logs back into her computer system. thanks
