Error Updating User ID

dear all, I am facing a problem while updating the user ID in Lotus Notes 7.0.2 and it shows an error. the error message is

"The following error occured while trying to update the certificates stored in the Certifier ID with those from the directory on the server you selected

Entry not found in index

Do you wish to continue without updating the Certifier ID"

can anyone please help me to resolve the problem

Subject: Error Updating User ID

Check the certificates view in the Domino Directory. Chances are that there is no entry under “Notes Certificates” for the certifier of the ID
