Dear all
My colleague is running her notes ID on XP PC… juz did a ID re-certification. I am not sure if he had accepted the certificate…
Three days later, he got this message:-
Error updating local ID file: Cannot access or create the ID file.
Why is that so? Is it something to do with re-certification? Can someone shed some light to this problem to enlighten a Notes newbie (me)?
