I’ve been getting this error on one of our SMTP servers for quite soem time and I think it’s interferring with our virus software updates as those databases are signed by the servers ID. Has anyone seen this before?
Subject: Error updating local id file: The public keys specified in the Name Change Request do not match those specified int he new certificate
I am guessing that this has to do with an ID that has requested a name change…
Does it give the name of the id file or a user that requested the change?
If you can get a copy of the public key for that ID, compare it to the Person document, and if they are different, paste it in the Certificates > Notes Certificates field, that should fix the problem…
The reason I am guessing it is a user is that “Name Change Request”…
I am not a Notes Administrator, nor do I play one on TV…
