We have a shared mailbox with numerous folders created within. Suddenly one of the top folders has stopped allowing users to move emails into it.
If you try and drag and drop an email from any folder into FolderA - you get a round symbol and it does not let you drop an email into it. If I select ‘move to folder’ I received the error ‘This is not a valid folder to move or copy to’.
I have tried compact -c, fixup and replace design and has made no difference. I have seen this problem before on a individuals mailbox and could not fix that either. Sometimes there was some success in recreating the folder structure - but this structure is too detailed.
I think it to be a software error/bug.
Any ideas?
