Whenever I try and setup a MAPI profile in Outlook for DAMO the program crashes with no messages. I have message around with this and think it is somehow related to the id file on the server. My account now works with damo just fine(I have no idea how I got it working). On one of the machines that I keep getting this error I tried using my user id/password and it then works for me, but not the user I want to setup. I am now thinking there is something on the server that needs configuring? Any ideas?

Hi LincThere are a number of things that might be causing the crash.
Can you provide the NSD (if one was generated)? That would help pinpoint the problem.

Thanks for the repsonse. I am not sure what an NSD is, but there was no additional message. It just bombs and claims to be generating a log, which I cannot find anywhere.
Here is some more information.
If I try and create a profile with my new user it bombs right after entering in the password for the new user. If in the screen before I use my credentials it then prompts for a user id file. I point it to the new users id file and then it bombs.

Subject: Could you tell me what version of DAMO you installed?
If you have access to a Notes client, could you login to the Notes client using the Notes ID file that you are using to create the MAPI profile?Do you see a message box after entering your password?
