Hi,When running the DCT on my newly update server ( to 8.5.1 ), I receive the error :
Server ‘Name/OU’ was not scanned for the following reason: Remote console access deigned: Error: FF:B3
DCT results doens’t come up. Latest template is applied.
Any ideas? Thanks

Subject: Resetting the DCT environment
Please try the following:On your client, delete the quicktune directory (and all subdirectories) found under your notes\data directory
Open your DCT database
You may have to close your client & restart once files have been re-deployed (which will rebuild the DCT environment)
