Error : Recipient's Domino Directory entry does not specify a valid Notes mail file

Hi All,When I’m trying to send emails to the internet address of some users using a new smtp server, I’m getting the following error ‘Recipient’s Domino Directory entry does not specify a valid Notes mail file’. However, if I add the internet address field in his person document, then the mail gets routed. However, all the users do not have their internet addresses mentioned in their person document, but are receiving emails.

Any advice in this direction would be of much help.

Technote stating that the DOMAIN field is incorrect or missing.

This one states that the Directory Catalog is the issue…

Check these out and then update this if and when you can.

Hi Nathan,I did check those, the Domain is present is both the case - one where the mail is being routed and one where it fails with the message.
