Error "Overflow" popup message

Hi

when the user delete any message into his mailbox the popup error message “Overflow” appear and not message deleted.

Any any idea?

I have the same problem, and fix from Tom’s post doesn’t do the trick.

Had the same problem with several users, and found found the answer here

Adobe have pushed a update for Acrobat Editor, that installs a dll and add “AddInMenus=…” in Notes.ini.

Removed the line from Notes.ini and then it works.

Check if user have Adobe Acrobat Editor/Reader installed.

This is possible the same issue reported in SPR # AFIL9CXGM3 > overflow error when deleting special email in notes 9 basic

To fix > “disable embedded browser for mime mail resolves the error”
