Error openning mail file with standard client

Hi,

We have installed a standard client to one user. When he try to open his mail file, he has an error message : View can not be find. And the title of the mail box is “Anonymous”. When he open his mail file with basic client, that work fine. When he open his calendar view with standard client, that work fine. When an other user open the same mail file with a standard client, that work fine… Strange…

We have deinstalled and reinstalled the client, that always the same.

Has anybody an idea?

Subject: Color profile is corrupt

I have seen this a few times now. The color profile document is corrupt and that is why things won’t display properly. You need to access the Calendar Profile under More-Preferences and go to Calendar & Todo-Colors and click the Restore default colors button, then close the mail file, that’s all it takes. I hope this bug is fixed soon, especially since there is no error message to give any kind of clue what the problem actually is when it happens.
