Hi, we are having trouble moving mail files on a few users. We get an “Error: Signer does not have the required access rights to the source database” error message from both the existing server and the new server. The groups are as follows on the mail file, LocalDomainServer is in the acl, the admin server in the acl is correct, the users new user name is in the acl, and has proper rights. All servers are listed in the LocalDomainServer group, additional administrators group is in the Replica Maker group, which is listed in the server security document in Create New Replicas field, and the users making the move requests are listed in the additional admin group. They have already been moved to the New Certifier and we make sure that their new users names are the owner of the mail file before we initiate the move. All our servers are in the same domain. We didn’t have any problems that I know of with moving mail files until we upgraded to Notes 6. Any help would be appreciated.
