Error of "Not a sub or function name:SWIFTFILEINITIALIZE" on notes mail, help please,

Hi,we are using R6.5.1 notes , one of my client get this error message “Not a sub or function name: SWIFTFILEINITIALIZE” when he try to open a mail db from his workspace, he also get this error when he wants to move an email in inbox to a folder. trying to use debug to trace the codes, it does not let me go in the debug.

I also tried to open his email db from my workstation, I do not get that error, everything is fine for me,

tried to delete cache.ndk and relogin, no luck.

Any ideas what happened for his workstation?

try to replace database design of his mail db or reinstall notes client to another folder.
